At Rothy's, we want you to love your sustainable styles, which is why we offer free returns and exchanges on unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a direct exchange for a different size or color.

  Print Label or Get QR Code

  Download your prepaid shipping label or opt for a printerless QR code to use at any authorized Happy Returns Bar or FedEx location.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Pack your items in their original box and drop them off at your chosen location; your refund will be processed once the return is scanned.
